When should I order my cookies?
At least 2 - 4 weeks in advance of your event, but I recommend getting on my calendar as soon as possible because my availability books quickly! Depending on availability, I may be able to accept rush orders with at least 1 weeks notice. Orders placed within 7 days of the requested pick-up date will include a $25 rush fee. Please fill out a Custom Order Request to start the process of ordering for your event.
What cookie flavors do you offer
My standard flavor is a vanilla almond but I also make vanilla, lemon and chocolate cookies. I also have specialty flavors the holidays! My recipe is a soft and chewy cookie. All cookies are frosted with a vanilla royal icing.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Once we discussed the order for your event, I will send you an invoice via Paypal or Venmo. You have 48 hours from the time your invoice is received to make payment or your order will be cancelled. Once your payment is received in full I will add your order to my calendar. I accept cash, Venmo and Paypal. For more pricing information, please see the Pricing tab.
How are cookies packaged?
Cookies are individually bagged and heat sealed to ensure freshness and the place in a bakery box and tied with a bow. Cookies can be also be wrapped as favors with ribbons or bows for an additional $10 per dozen.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we are notified at least 14 days prior to the pick-up date. We will not be able to give any refunds on orders cancelled 14 days or less from the pick-up date. Double Batch Baking only accepts limited orders so last minute cancellations leaves openings that could have gone to another customer
Can cookies be frozen?
Yes! Cookies freeze extremely well for up to 6 months in their heat sealed packaging. I provide cookie care instructions with your order that detail the best care and handling for them.
